About Andy
Andrew Magno is a senior life-sciences executive known for combining technical credibility, integrity, and hands-on leadership with disciplined execution. With more than two decades in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical equipment sector, he has a track record of turning strategy into measurable results.
From research to production, Andy brings deep expertise in upstream bioprocess, including both incubator shakers and bioreactors. He applies real-world experience to product development, market strategy, commercialization and leadership. Andy has personally driven and led teams responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and played a key role in building the North American market for a leading European manufacturer of premium shakers and bioreactors. Today, he works closely with leadership teams and investors to help shape companies through active involvement, strong execution, and leadership by example.
